Located close to the North Thoresby terminus of the Lincolnshire Wolds Railway which runs steam hauled passenger trains to Ludborough at weekends and Bank Holidays. This is a well regarded pub for both food and drink. It does bar food and there is a separate restaurant within. Nicely furnished and attractive open plan, the New Inn is a community pub as witnessed via the notice board in the entrance. Externally there are a couple of nooks but at the rear is a sizeable patio with a soothing water feature and flower tubs. Further back is a large grassed space where you can find shelter under the trees if the weather gets too oppressive. In addition to the beers mentioned there is also a house beer brewed by Caledonian. Refurbished and reopened October 2024, after a short closure.
