An historic country pub warm and inviting. This was built for Hewitts Brewery in the 1930's, clad in mock tudor style beams, with impressive stained glass windows. Standing in the small village of South Reston, not far from one of the rare hedgehog sanctuaries. The Waggon and Horses serves great ales. Food is served every day and is of a very high quality. Great open fires greet you and a 50 seater dining room is located to rear where booking is advisable. There is a shop on the far left which opens at 8.30am for newspapers and convenience store items.
